Open concept floorplan. King bedroom with primary bath. Queen bedroom. Bunkbed room with twin over full bunkbed with twin trundle underneath. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, beverage cooler, washer, dryer. Mounted tvs in all the bedrooms, tv in the living room, outdoor tv on the spacious deck. Tankless hot water heater for unlimitless hot water. Wifi available. Private parking in the back. Gas grills available on the ground level patio to use. All brand new!!!!
